Sandy Morris

Co-founder of Curated Stay Studio, she leads the styling and creative direction with a focus on creating spaces that attract attention and drive bookings. With over 10 years of styling experience, she has a strong ability to visualise spaces based on client preferences and the unique characteristics of each property. Her approach is both creative and sales-driven, ensuring each space is not only visually appealing but also performs. She manages the full styling process from concept through to installation, delivering spaces that are practical, considered, and results-focused.

Her passion for styling began by helping friends, where she quickly recognised her natural ability and enjoyment for the process. She brings over 15 years of experience as a Credit Assessor and Lending Manager, with a strong background in sales and property assessment. This has given her a deep understanding of property value, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail shaped by compliance-driven environments. She works well under pressure and focuses on creating spaces that not only look good but also perform consistently.

At her core, she is deeply family-oriented and enjoys organising meaningful experiences that bring people together. Her love for travel continues to influence her creative perspective, while her dog, Pixie, remains a constant source of balance and joy in her everyday life.

Our 5-Step Hosting Framework

1. Style

Create a cohesive, intentional look that photographs well and attracts clicks. Consistent colours, clean lines, and well-placed decor directly impact booking rates.

2. Functionality

Every item should serve a purpose. Guests should immediately understand how to use the space with clear layouts, practical furniture, and essentials ready to go.

3. Comfort

Prioritise sleep and relaxation. Quality mattress, good linen, layered lighting, and a comfortable seating setup are non-negotiable.

4. Service

Fast communication, smooth check-in, and consistent cleanliness define the guest experience. This is what drives reviews and repeat bookings.

5. Performance

Focus on results. Pricing, positioning, and ongoing optimisation are managed to maximise occupancy, nightly rates, and overall returns, ensuring the property consistently performs at its highest potential.

What sets Curated Stay Studio Apart

Every space is designed to increase bookings and nightly rates, not just look good.
